For the small fry like me- that means you can not only continue to support handmade and small business but be assured that your toy, puzzle, or game is built utilizing materials that are responsibly harvested from certified sustainable North American hardwood, and some are raw or finished with a toy safe hypo-allergenic light clear coat and are worry-free. Our proceeds support autism therapy for our son and we support non-profits doing good things for our neurodivergent community partnering with United Rocks, Elijah's Retreat and Labeled and Loved. Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Listings that include personalization welcome your request and personalization is included in the listing total. I also totally welcome custom orders. I work on my engraving files digitally so if there is a photo you want to see turned into a coaster, plaque, or wall clock- just pop the question (no- not THAT one). Contact me with any other questions you have. A few items may be available for wholesale inquires.
Care instructions
Items made from finished hardwoods can be gently wiped down with a damp cloth. For the requests that are made from raw hardwoods you can wipe down with any favorite oil including coconut or jojoba or your favorite.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I wrap all items so they are ready for gifting in either unbleached tissue paper or heavy kraft paper. I tie with string and include a gift tag. If you have a special note you would like added to your item just let me know. All of my packages include a gift receipt, not an invoice, so if the package label becomes damaged-- the postal service can deliver to the shipping address included on the package receipt.
Wholesale availability
Most items are available for wholesale inquiry. There is a minimum item number that depends on the item. Wholesale orders can customize the packaging and design on the item and I can include shop names and logos for resale. On request, the only indication of my shop is what is legally required on toys as we are a CPSIA registered brand.
Refunds on Personalized Items
Most of our items are personalized and not refundable. On items that are personalized, I do provide a digital draft for your approval and I like to ship quickly so I usually reply with a draft right away. If I provide a digital draft and you DO NOT reply to approve the draft- I reserve the right to send the product with my draft design choice engraved on it out 30 days after your order to close your invoice. There will be no refunds on items shipped at this 30 day mark if you decide on a design change. Most items ship within 2-3 days of your order. Of course I replace items that have any errors that don't match your original request- just let me know. Luckily this is quite rare as I copy and paste from your original request.
Refunds and Exchanges
Of course shipments that result in breakage are refundable- insurance taken on the shipment should cover the damage. You have the option of getting a refund, exchanging with store credit or I can quickly remake the item you purchased. Please be sure to check the sizing, color options, and scaling in the item descriptions before purchase- you can also convo me with any questions! If there is anything I can correct for you or a future customer, please let me know. If you'd like to return an item because you've changed your mind I don't mind as long as your item was not personalized. Once received and inspected, I refund the cost of the item. If you would like return postage deducted from your refund- contact me for a return shipping label.
Shipping
Most orders ship with a couple of business days and domestic orders arrive within 3 days of shipment. I have flat shipping enabled. Smaller items ship at a lower base cost and heavier items max out at a 2 lb rate. Additional items ship at no additional shipping charge. I generally ship USPS first class or FedEx depending on size. International customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. I will send you a confirmation of shipment by e-mail along with a tracking number! Tracking is included for all shipments regardless of size.
International Shipping
International First Class only tracks through the US to departure for your home. Most international shipments arrive within 10-14 days of shipment but customs and service across our world is not equal so I allow 6 weeks for arrival before issuing replacements or refunds for international orders.
International customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be on the lookout for your postal service notification of packages available and ready for pick-up. For custom items that are returned to me after customs are refused or unpaid I cannot refund. Unpersonalized items can be refunded minus shipping expenses. You have the option to pay for them to be resent to you- I'll contact you or you can let me know your preference.
